Welcome to Menopause Mastery.

Fifteen years ago, or so, I had just returned from lecturing at a medical conference and was out to lunch with my son, Joshua. I sat there, on that sunny day, expressing my feelings about what it was like to stand in front of a large group of medical professionals and know that whatever time had been allotted to me was just not going to be enough… and that this was the standard teaching method for hormone replenishment in America! I shared with him how frustrating it was to turn a fire hose on my comrades hoping that I could get enough in to make a difference. I would jamb in as much knowledge as I could and then hope that it would be sufficient for them to practice good medicine.

And yet I had been on the receiving end of lectures like this. Ultimately I’d always walked out of those lecture halls with piles of notes and the knowledge that I couldn’t possibly attain excellence in any field this way. It was a broken model.

We sat there in silence for a while.

“What if we could build a school,” my son finally asked, “that would give enough of everything it takes in the real world for them to really and truly master hormone replenishment?”

This one conversation — this one question — became one of our primary missions in life and the catalyst for everything you’re about to embark upon!
